Objective: Considering the ongoing pneumonia epidemic associated with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2), aging is a major risk factor alone for serious illness and death. In this study, we aimed to investigate length of stay, hospital discharge status, prognostic factors in geriatric patients COVID-19. Methods: Medical files 199 over age 65 years, who were treated as inpatients due diagnosis COVID-19, reviewed retrospectively. Demographic characteristics, comorbid diseases, laboratory values, status eligible evaluated. Results: Of mean was 75.01±7.86 years 50.8% men. patients, transferred ICU, C-reactive protein (CRP) ferritin levels higher compared discharged home monocyte/HDL ratio (MHR) nonsurvivors (p=0.037, p=0.003, p=0.023). Nonsurvivors had significantly white blood cell (WBC) counts erythrocyte sedimentation rates (ESR) home. shorter stay ICU. Conclusion: Geriatric are susceptible adverse clinical outcomes We think that WBC, ESR, CRP, ferritin, MHR may inform about poor prognosis potential elderly COVID-19 pneumonia.
